Capucine Ternynck worked as a jurist in the large-scale retail sector and then in transport and logistics for 8 years.

She then worked as a Legal Director of a real estate group, a subsidiary of SNCF, for 10 years.

Accredited as a mediator by the Ministry of Justice since 2017, she is also a restorative justice facilitator in Luxembourg and a reserve mediator with the French gendarmerie.

Capucine joined the SNMC in September 2020.

Claude Fellens worked as a business lawyer for 5 years, then served as a judge at the Luxembourg Administrative Court for 5 years, and finally as Vice-President of the Administrative Court for 5 years.

He has been a mediator accredited by the Ministry of Justice since 2019 and has training in large-group facilitation.

He was appointed Mediator of consumption in September 2016, and his mandate was renewed for 5 years in September 2021.

Goreti Pinto studied management and business. She worked for 13 years in the banking sector, then for 3 years as a clerk at the Administrative court.

She completed the 80-hour Mediation Training Program 1 & 2.

Goreti joined the SNMC in Mai 2017

Sara Pádua studied literature. She worked for 2 years as secretary at a service provider company in the field of child and youth care. 

Sara joined the SNMC in Mai 2024.

Tessy Aulner studied philosophy and business administration. She worked for two years in a wholsesale start-up, followed by two and a half years as a consultant in Asset Management within a consulting firm.

Tessy joined the SNMC in March 2025.
