A large-scale retail professional
I truly find your work remarkable, and we can feel that you enjoy it. You put us excellent conditions to find the best compromise between both parties. We felt at ease, and the atmosphere made us want to move forward. We left with the goal of being even more attentive to product facing in the store and the updating of paper price tags. To address the pricing issue, we have implemented electronic pricing throughout the store. Your way of working is non-judgmental and allows everyone to make progress, ultimately helping us identify shortcomings in our work practices so we can improve. This, in turn, is good for our customers and for our goal of achieving satisfaction. (translated)
